We are seeking an individual with a strong sales or CSM background to join our team as our first sales hire. Guaranteed 160 warm at bats in 2021 with companies we have completed referred implementation and on-boarding work for, as well as anything else you can kill. This is the opportunity to be a main driver of new business but working inside of a well developed sales machine.
We have our services defined, products specced, quoting tools in place, a CRM built, a beautiful sales deck ready to go, technical expertise at your disposal, and a stream of inbound leads ready for someone to convert. All we need is you.
About your skills for this role:
We are seeking an individual with previous sales or customer service experience who is highly motivated to meet a quota to join our team at Aptitude 8. This role does not require any cold calling. This person will work directly with the CEO and Marketing leadership as our first sales hire to follow up on inbound leads, move existing deals through the pipeline, answer prospect questions, follow up on responses from automated prospecting, drive upsells, build quotes with consulting leads, and work directly with Marketing to expand our growing partnerships. They will be supported by Marketing and own the same quota number. While some familiarity with consulting or agency services is preferred, there is no expectation for this person to be an expert on any technical aspects of our offering. All deals will be worked alongside Practice Leads or our CEO who will serve as sales engineers to help design the customer solution and advise on quotes prior to sending.
- You have experience as a quota carrying account executive or account manager
- You know the power of CRM technology to accelerate your sales process and have worked with Hubspot CRM
- You’re a linkedin stalking super star
- You have previous experience selling agency services, consulting services, technology related to RevOps (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Pardot, etc.) or other SaaS products
- You have an interest in scaling a Sales org and are comfortable being an individual contributor, powered by the best RevOps practitioners in the industry
- You recognize that sales is about relationships and building long term value more than transactional deals to hit a short term goal
- You’re a self starter who will not shy away from doing whatever it takes to hit their goals
